This medium roast coffee was a little too mild for my taste, since I usually drink my espresso quite strong. However, the roasted flavor is well pronounced and it has a very pleasant aroma. Personally, I enjoyed it more black than with milk, since adding milk made it taste even milder for my preference. Overall, it’s a good option for those who enjoy a lighter tasting coffee.

Whiskey barrel aging adds a subtle but present flavor profile and sweetness to this roast. We tried it black, and with cream/sweetener and found it to be super delicious. It was a real toss-up between this and their Cowboy offering for us.
